These apply to questions beginning from how we manage your personal data up to the tiniest points of our rental agreements. Please take a moment to read through them.
1. Introduction
The Terms and Conditions below govern your use of the Experseve website and related services. Importantly, accessing or using our website manifests agreement to these terms. If you disagree with them, please don’t use our services.
2. Tenancy Agreement
Every time you rent out a dress via Experseve, there is an agreement of rent with us. The terms in the contract include:
- Rental Period: This is the period stated at the time of booking. You are responsible for returning the dress no later than the end of this period.
- Garment condition: The dress must be returned in the same condition it was received. Please take good upkeep of it. Damages other than normal wear will result in extra charges.
- Late Returns: There may be a late fee applied to the gown if it is returned late. Any amount due will be added at the time of your rental.
- Cancellations: Please, if due to any circumstance, any booking needs to be canceled, do so in the earliest time possible. Our cancellation policy will be given at the time of booking.
3. Payment Terms
- Hire Charges: The hire charge for the dress will be as stated on our website. These charges will be inclusive of costs of hiring out the dress over an agreed period.
- COD: We do have an easy cash-on-delivery option. Once your dress arrives, you will be able to pay the rental fee directly to the delivery guy.
- Extra Charges: Therein lies in the event of any damages, loss, or delays in returning the garments. We will get back to you regarding this once we receive a dress back from you.
4. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and can never compromise on it. Here’s how we handle data:
- Gathering Data: Personal information—contact, name, and delivery address—is collected with the purpose of providing a better service for placement of an order for rentals.
- Use of Information: Your information is solely used for the purpose of fulfilling your rental and enriching your time with us. No marketing will be done through it, and the same shall not be shared with any third party.
- Data Security: We are genuinely concerned with security policies related to personal data, which mainly consist of encryption and proper practices while storing data.
- Your Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, or cancel the personal data at any time. You can approach us for grievance redressal regarding data issues.
5. Website Usage
All resources on our website including text, graphics, and design are owned by Experseve, unless otherwise stated. Copies or distribution of such may not be made without our prior permission. User Conduct: You hereby agree not to use our website for any other purpose than the legally admitted ones. Any abuse of our website—which includes, without limitation, unauthorized access, tampering with data—is strictly forbidden.
6. Liability
- Limitation Of Liability: Experseve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount paid for the rental of the dress.
- Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure of performance to our obligations under Terms and Conditions, arising out of or relating to circumstances beyond our control, including natural phenomena or system downtime.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise or is otherwise connected with these terms.
