1. Return Eligibility

We want you to love your dress, but if you need to return it, here is what you should know:

  • Condition of Outfit: The dress is to be returned in the same condition you received it, which is clean and undamaged. We understand wear and tear, but any significant damage or staining may have additional costs.
  • Return Window: You should initiate a return within 48 hours of receipt of the dress. This gives us time to have the return processed and the dress prepared for a possible future rental.

2. Returning a Dress

It is very easy to return a dress. To do so, follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Contact our customer service team to let them know you’d like to return your dress. We’ll then send you the instructions as well as a return authorization number.
  • Prepare the Dress: Repack the dress in its original packaging, ensuring it’s clean and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Return Shipping: Please use the return label we provided or send it back using any trackable method to our address. Obtain a tracking number so that you are able to follow your return shipment.

3. Return Process

If we have received the dress back, here is what happens subsequently:

  • Inspection: Our team will inspect the dress to make sure that the dress is in our defined state of return criteria. Upon validation, we move into processing your return.
  • Refund or Credit: We will make the refund to your bank account in line with your return conditions. Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to get through.

4. Return Exceptions

The following may change conditions for returns:

Late Returns: Returning of the dresses beyond the time limit set may not be worthy of any form of refund or credit.

Special Criteria: There is some sort of damage or excessive stains on the dress upon return. You may become liable for repair costs, cleaning costs, or we might deduct the costs from your refund amount.

5. Exchange

If you want to exchange your dress either due to size or style, first contact us prior to returning your original dress. We will help you in exchanging and will make sure that the new dress is available for you.

6. Special Cases

In extreme cases, such as when a dress that one has ordered finally arrives in some unsatisfactory condition or due to some mistake on our part, we will not only pay for all return shipping but will expedite the process of returns.
